Steve Bannon is facing indictment in the State of NY. I will spare you of his horrid visage and have included a soothing natural image instead. He will surrender Thursday. The indictment is not clear, but it is believed that it mirrors the Federal case for which he was pardoned by tfg. Bannon was involved in fundraising for “building a big beautiful wall” (guess who said that) under the auspice of We Build the Wall Inc.
His co-conspirators, Brian Kolfage and Andrew Badolato, pleaded guilty to the Federal charges that Bannon was originally indicted for in April in the Southern District of NY. They weren’t as lucky to receive a Presidential pardon as Mr Bannon, as much as they may have believed that absolute loyalty to Trump would be rewarded. They were due to be sentenced today (Sept 6), but I have not read how that worked out for them. But in a plea agreement Kolfage agreed to serve 51 — 63 months.
As part of his plea agreement, Kolfage agreed to serve a sentence of 51 to 63 months in prison, as well as pay a fine of $20,000 to $200,000 on top of the $17.8 million in forfeiture. Andrew Badolato, another We Build the Wall employee, also entered a guilty plea to a count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.

Bannon remains to be sentenced on on Oct. 21, 2022 for two counts of Contempt of Congress.
He’s been busy with his nihilism, both here and in Britain, and it seems he will earn a much needed paid vacation.
